Points You Might Like to Know

• The initial advertising fee is £60.00 (non refundable).
• We always charge and hold a substantial deposit from the tenants to ensure that they will look after your property.
• We will arrange for properties to be checked at your request , we must give the tenants 24hr notice.
• We would advise that you take out 3 star 24hr cover with your supplier to cover plumbing,electrics & heating problems that may occur within the rental period.
• We will instruct the Council each time a client moves in and out of a property, as it is the tenant who will be responsible to pay the Council Tax and not yourself.

Full Management Fees

• Administration fee: 50% of the 1st month’s rent.
• Management fee: 11% of the monthly rent.
• Advertising fee: £60.00 (sent at start with your details).
• FINDERS FEE AVAILABLE ON REQUEST.
• We can also arrange for gas safety, electrical checks and EPCs to be done for you if you so require.
